What we collect

Your account: email address, name, and country, plus an optional profile photo, bio, home city, and “currently reading” line. Your challenge activity: daily habit scores, chat messages, photos and videos you post, reactions, voice notes you record for a groupmate, and short intro/finale clips if you record them. Basic usage events (which screens get opened) to improve the app. A push notification token if you allow notifications. When the app breaks on your phone we log the screen, the error, and your device type so it can be fixed; that log has no name attached and is deleted after two weeks.

Who sees it

The members of your group. That's the product: your scores, messages, and media are visible to the people in your challenge and nobody else. There are no public profiles, no ads, no third-party trackers, and your data is never sold or shared with anyone outside the service providers below.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database, file storage, and login) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Push notifications go through Apple's notification service on iPhone and Google's on Android. Google also handles “Sign in with Google.” Sign-in code emails are delivered by Resend. Those are the only outside services in the chain. The app's operator can access data for moderation and support.

Deleting your account

Open your profile page (account menu, then Edit your profile) and choose Delete account at the bottom. Your login, profile, photo, intro and finale clips, survey answers, and push tokens are permanently deleted. Any group where you were the only member is deleted entirely.

What stays, so the rest of your group keeps its record: your scores and chat messages, the photos and videos you posted in chat, and any voice notes you sent, all shown as “Former member” rather than your name. If you appeared in a group's opening or closing ceremony video, that finished video stays in their chat. Be sure before you delete: none of that can be undone, and we can't pull you back out of a finished ceremony video. You can also email us to request deletion.
